Problem
- Receiving an error message when submitting a review
Resolution
Note: In case of a connection disruption, we recommend copying your review text to a separate document before attempting the steps below in order to prevent losing any work.
- Make sure that every question has been answered. Some questions may require both a rating and a comment.
- Refresh the page and try submitting the review again.
- Log out of your Lattice account and back in.
- Check for updates to your browser.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Try to submit in a different browser.
