Before you begin

  • Complete the integration setup described in Integrate Rippling with Lattice.

  • Review the available data that can be synced from Lattice to Rippling in the same article.

  • The Rippling integration must be connected before you can configure a review data sync to Rippling. This integration includes both employee imports and review data syncs.

  • If you do not want to import employees from Rippling to Lattice, you must still complete the integration setup. Toggle off the Auto-sync to prevent employee data from syncing automatically from Rippling to Lattice.

Creating sync settings

  1. Navigate to Admin > Platform > Integrations, then select Manage syncs on either Rippling integration tile.

  2. Select the blue Create Sync button.

  3. Enter a name for the sync.

  4. Select the Review cycle(s) whose data you want to sync to Rippling, then select Next: Choose data.

  5. For each selected review cycle, choose the Performance ratings/Scores to send to Rippling.

  6. Select Complete setup.

After setup is complete, the new configuration appears in the Active syncs section. Only one review data sync configuration can be active at a time. While an active review data sync exists, the Create sync button is disabled.

Syncing review data and viewing logs

Review data syncs are run manually. To send the selected review data to Rippling, select the three-dot menu next to the active sync, then select Sync now.

To review the outcome of a sync, select the three-dot menu next to the sync, then select View sync log. The sync log displays the status and details of each sync attempt.

Viewing scores in Rippling

In Rippling, navigate to Data > Catalog > Lattice Review Sync. The synced records include the review scores selected during setup. You can view the data in the Data Catalog or export it as a file.

For guidance on surfacing review scores in specific employee profile fields, contact your Rippling representative.

Archiving and Restoring a sync setting

Only one review data sync configuration can be active at a time. To create a new sync configuration or restore an archived configuration, first archive the existing active sync.

To archive a sync, in the Active syncs section, select the three-dot menu next to the sync, then select Archive sync. Archived syncs appear in the Paused syncs section.

To restore an archived sync, select its three-dot menu, then select Restore sync. The restored sync becomes the active review data sync configuration.
