Admins can remove a reviewee from a calibration group during the review cycle.
Note: If you remove a reviewee and add them to another calibration group, Lattice will retain their scores, notes, and tags.
Within the review cycle:
Performance reviews: Navigate to Calibrate Ratings > Calibrate groups.
Talent reviews: Click on the talent review.
Click to enter the calibration group.
Search and find the reviewee.
Within the reviewee row, click on the checkbox and select Remove from group.
Click Remove to confirm.
