Employees can mark a <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/360061312913" target="_blank">growth area</a> as complete once they have made the desired progress.

Note: Notifications will not be sent to the employee's manager when a growth area is marked as complete. Learn more in <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500003266221" target="_blank">A List of Notifications for Grow</a>.

Within the Growth Areas section, select the growth area.

Navigate to the ellipsis (...) &gt; Mark as complete.

1. Navigate to Grow.
2. Within the Growth Areas section, select the growth area.
3. Navigate to the ellipsis (...) &gt; Mark as complete.

To view growth areas marked as complete, navigate to the Growth Areas dropdown and click Show completed.
