The Eligible Employees page of a compensation cycle setup allows admins to determine who will be included in the cycle as eligible for a merit increase, assign an initial recommender, and confirm which employees are assigned performance ratings.

The filter dropdown lets admins more easily identify and select employees to include in the compensation cycle.

All eligible employees will be able to have their first recommender selected here. This will determine who makes the initial recommendation for each employee.

The department to which the eligible employee is currently assigned.

The Currency column displays the currency in which an employee is compensated (the employee’s local currency). This can be updated in the Employee Pay table.

The Salary Type column indicates the two primary pay types: Salary and Hourly. Each pay type determines how an employee’s compensation is structured and reported within the system.
