Admins and Grow admins can edit and remove competencies in a drafted track.

Note: Tracks must be in draft in order to edit the competencies within. If your track is published, you will need to unpublish it before making any changes.

Edit competencies in a track

  1. Navigate Admin > Grow > Tracks > All Tracks.

  2. Enter the desired draft track.

  3. Next to the competency you'd like to edit, click ellipsis (...) > Edit competency.

  4. A pop-up modal will appear –– Make the desired edits and Save.

  5. (Optional) Once the track is ready, publish the track to make it visible to assigned employees.

Note: Editing the competency from the Tracks page will impact all tracks the competency is linked to.

Remove competencies in a track

  1. Navigate Admin > Grow > Tracks > All Tracks.

  2. Enter the desired draft track.

  3. Next to the competency you'd like to edit, click ellipsis (...) > Remove.

  4. A popup modal will appear –– Click Remove competency.

  5. (Optional) Once the track is ready, publish the track to make it visible to assigned employees.
