Once you have created a review template tag, you can rename the tag using the steps below as needed.
Navigate to the Admin >Performance > Reviews > Templates.
Select Manage tags
Select the ellipsis next to the associated tag and select Rename.
Enter a new name and select > Rename tag to save.
