Company goals are a great way to motivate employees and give them context for a company's actions and priorities. You can create company goals from two different locations within the platform:

  • The Goals Page

  • The Goal Creation Page

Before you start

  • To create a company-level goal, you will need to be either a super admin or be given custom permission by your super admin.

  • Company goals will be public to all users in Lattice; however, only goal owners will be notified when published.

  • Each goal type has a unique icon. Please use the filter bar and select the "Type" option to view the icon for Company goals.

  1. Navigate to Goals > Explore.

  2. Click Create > Objective or Key result.

  3. Add a goal title and an optional description.

  4. Next to the Details section, select Edit.

  5. Within the Type field, choose Company.

  6. Click Publish.
