Once you have created a review template tag, you can assign the tag to a template. You can add a tag to both an in-use (active in a review cycle) and non-in-use template. Tags can be used to filter a list of templates.
Assign a tag to a template
In-Use Templates
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Templates.
Select the ellipsis (...) to the right of the template and select View to open the template in a new browser tab.
Select Edit.
Under the Add tags dropdown, select up to five tags.
Save.
Non-In-Use Templates
Navigate to Admin > Performance > Templates.
Select the ellipsis (...) to the right of the template and select Edit.
Select + Add tags and select up to five tags.
