Managers of managers, if given additional Grow permissions, can view the growth areas for their indirect reports. Learn more in Manager of Managers Visibility for Grow.
Note: Managers of managers cannot update growth areas for indirect reports.
Navigate to your Company Name > Employee Directory.
Search and select the indirect report to enter their profile.
Within the profile, navigate to the Grow tab.
Under Growth areas, select a growth area card to view.
