Lattice allows admins to enable or disable 1:1s for the entire organization or a smaller group of users. We provide the flexibility needed to help facilitate a phased rollout of the tool if you choose to do so.
Note: The activation settings will make the 1:1 tool visible to your employees. 1:1s will still need to be manually set up by either a manager, report, or as a peer.
Activation settings
Navigate to Admin > 1:1s > Settings.
Under Activation settings, choose how you would like to enable the tool:
Enable for everyone
Enable for specific employees
Disable 1:1s
(Optional) If you choose to enable for specific employees, select the employees by department or fields within the dropdown. View the employees selected by clicking View employee list.
Click Save.
