What to know about filling out an Engagement survey in Lattice.
Before you start
Depending on the settings selected by your admin, Engagement surveys can be either anonymous or identifiable. Within anonymous surveys, Admins can optionally enable the export of all individual responses (this export is enabled by default for identifiable surveys). Lattice will inform you about the privacy and export settings selected by your Admin on the welcome screen of the survey.

Submit a survey
- You will receive both an email notification and a task on your Home page notifying you to complete your onboarding survey before a certain due date. Select Respond to a survey to begin.
- Within the survey, you will see the number of questions in the survey when the survey is due, and depending on settings, a reminder that your answers are anonymous. Select Start this survey to get started.
- All questions are optional –– Select a response, add a comment, and select Next to move to the following question.
- Once you have finished, select Submit survey answers to complete. A confirmation will appear popup –– confirm by selecting Submit.
