Employees and Managers can unlink review responses that have been added to their growth areas using the steps below:
- Navigate to Grow > View individual development plan.
- Under Growth Areas, select the desired growth area.
- Within the title card, select the ellipsis (...) > Edit.
- Under Reviews, navigate to the desired review response and select Remove from growth area.
- Confirm by selecting Remove review.
