How to view a private note to self with the Lattice Feedback Tool
As of January 2026, users will no longer be able to leave a Note to Self. However, previously entered Notes to Self will still be visible withibn the Feedback tool.
Alternatives to Notes to Self:
- Private Notes in 1:1s
- Submit Manager Only feedback (only for employees you manage)
View a Note to Self
- Navigate to Feedback > You've given.
- Scroll to find your Note to Self.
