Manually Override the Default User Attribute Link to an HRIS

Integrating with an HRIS allows Lattice to automatically link Lattice default attributes to your HRIS attributes. Lattice allows you to manually override the Lattice default attribute link to a different custom attribute within your HRIS.

1. Navigate to Admin > Settings > People > User Attributes.
2. Click on the ellipsis (...) next to the desired Default user attribute.
3. Select Edit to open the HRIS attribute modal.
4. Under Attribute name, choose the HRIS custom attribute to import and link to the Lattice default user attribute.
5. (optional) Select the desired Visibility for the default attribute.
6. Select Save changes.
