Once shared, compensation bands can be viewed by managers.
View compensation bands for your team
- Navigate to Comp within the Discovery navigation.
- Click Compensation bands to see any shared bands.
Note: If no comp bands were shared, you will not see a Compensation bands section.
Compensation bands contain the following:
- Job function
- Job level
- Job title
- Location
- Min Base Salary
- Mid Base Salary
- Max Base Salary
- Additional custom columns
