Lattice AI summarizes your recent Updates as an employee or your direct and indirect report's as a manager.

Note: To access AI Updates Summarization, an admin must enable Lattice AI. Learn more in Manage Lattice AI Access. 

Updates Summary

To view your Updates Summary, navigate to Home and scroll down to This week's summary:

  • Individual contributors see a summary of their own Updates, along with cards for this week’s and last week’s Update.
  • Managers see a summary of their own Updates and their team’s Updates, including sentiment and review status.
  • Managers of managers see the same information as managers, plus an organisation view showing summaries and average sentiment for each direct report’s team. This is only shown when Update visibility is enabled.
