Bulk Create Project Based Reviews via CSV

Admins and reviews permission owners can bulk create multiple project-based review cycles using a CSV. 

Before you start 

  • When creating cycles in bulk, the name of the cycle first entered will be overridden by the name uploaded via CSV.

  • The settings configured will be applied to all cycles created by the CSV. 
  • If you are choosing not to include a Project Lead for one cycle then all other review cycles in the CSV must also not include a Project Lead. 
    • If you have a project lead, you can include downward and upward reviews where the project lead is the reviewer for the downward review and the reviewee for the upward review.
    • If you do not have a project lead, you can only add self and peer reviews for your team members.

Bulk Create Cycles via CSV

  1. Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews. 
  2. Select Create cycle > Project. 
  3. Enter a cycle name. 
    • Note: This name will be overridden when creating cycles via CSV.
  4. Under Participants, select Bulk Upload. 
  5. Select Download Template and enter the following for each cycle, with each cycle on its own row:
    • Project Name
    • (Optional) Project Lead Email
    • Team Member Emails (comma-separated)
  6. Drag and drop the CSV or select Upload CSV. 
  7. Once uploaded, verify the cycles before selecting Save & Continue to continue configuring the rest of the cycle. 
  8. Once ready, on the Verify page, select Create all cycles.
