View Charts using the Lattice AI Agent

If an admin has enabled the Lattice AI Agent, admins and managers can use the Lattice AI Agent to visualize their analytics data using Charts. 

Use the Lattice AI Agent for Analytics Data 

  1. Navigate to the Lattice AI Agent question bar. 
  2. Ask your question. 
  3. The Lattice AI Agent will respond with your data visualized. From here, you can: 
    • View the results in a Chart or a Table. 
    • Download the results in a .PNG (for the Chart) or a CSV (for the Table). 
    • View the results in the Charts tool. Note: This will open in a new tab. 
    • Ask follow up questions or refine the results.

Admins 

Headcount trends 

  • Show me company headcount trends in [year].
  • How has headcount changed over the last 6 months, broken down by department? 

Sentiment 

  • Show me updates sentiment over the past quarter. 
  • How does sentiment compare across departments? 

Adoption 

  • How many 1:1s were participated in across the company each month in [year]? 
  • How many pieces of feedback were given each month this year? 
  • Active vs. completed goals over the last 6 months.

Managers

Team adoption 

  • Show 1:1 adoption for my team over the past 3 months.

  • How does sentiment compare across my direct reports?
