Once a Talent Review has been launched, admins can start to analyze drafted and submitted responses within the Results page.
Before you start
- Fields in review results are frozen at the time a review cycle is launched. For example, an employee who was moved to a different department during the review cycle will appear under their original department.
View the Talent Review results
- Navigate to Admin > Performance > Talent reviews.
- Select the Talent Review cycle.
- Navigate to View results.
Choosing your questions
- Choose questions that you would like to view the results of by clicking Add.
- From the list of questions, select the question and then the review directions you want to visualize.
- Once you have selected all questions and directions select Done.
Filters and Grouping
Use the Breakdown dropdown to assign a grouping to view results for employees that have been assigned any value for that default or custom field.
Use the Add Filters dropdown to view results for employees assigned to a specific default or custom field value.
You can Compare, Breakdown or Filter based on the following data:
- Default fields
- Custom fields
- Other review cycle ratings
- Compa-ratio
Datapoint bar graph
The bar graph provides a visual for the dataset you selected. You can change the view by adjusting the following:
- Timeframe: View data for the last 3, 6, 12, or custom months.
- Bar, Segmented bar, or Line: View your dataset using different graph types.
Employee table
The employee table gives more detail on how each employee was rated for each question selected as well as who reviewed the employee.
Distribution
The distribution graph is a histogram that shows how often a different value in your data set appears, allowing you to see a bell curve of your questions.
Average Score
The average score graph shows the average score each employee received across the review cycle. You can select the Compare across dropdown to view the average scores for employees assigned to default and custom fields.
If adding multiple questions, admins can view the average rating of those questions by toggling on Average rating.
Heatmap
The Heatmap view compares different groups against each other across multiple questions or themes. It provides the most data in a single visualization. You can apply filters to cut your data further to compare specific employee groupings.
If adding multiple questions, admins can view the average rating of those questions by toggling on Average rating.
Box
The Box view compares two question scores across employees.
Calibration
The Calibration view allows admins to view and analyze pre- and post-calibration scores to highlight changes that occurred during the calibration process.
