In the Career Visions log, admins and custom role owners can see a list of their organization's answered career vision exercises to ensure that managers and direct reports use the tool to keep up with employee development.
Career Vision Log
The Career Vision log lists each career vision exercise responded to by employees. To access the log, navigate to Admin > Grow > Career vision log.
What information is avaliable in the log?
- Questions completed: The percentage of employees who have completed at least one career vision question.
- Employee Name
- Career vision title
- Response
- Status
- Last updated
- Manager
- Department
You can sort each column in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column title.
Filter
To take a deeper dive into your data, you can use the employee fields or the following career vision filters:
- Career vision title
- Response: Choose from Has response or No response.
- Status: Choose from Active or Inactive.
- Last updated: Choose from Last 3 months, Last 6 months, or Last 1 year.

- Career vision comments log: View all comments associated with each question's response by an employee.
