Calibration groups allow admins to manage who is included in calibration sessions and what those participants can see during the calibration process within an Org Chart review.
As an admin, you can create as many calibration groups as necessary to complete the process. Department, manager, or role commonly separates these groups.
Once you have created your group, you can assign reviewees and participants to each group.
Note: Learn how to create a group for Talent Reviews in Manually Create a Talent Review Calibration Group.
