Replace a Competency in a Track

When creating a track, can swap out a competency with one more relevant within the track. Tracks must be in draft in order to be edited. If your track is published, you will need to unpublish it before making any changes. 

Replace a competency within a track

1. Navigate Admin > Grow > Tracks > All Tracks.
2. Click on the track row to enter the track.
3. To the right of the competency you wish to replace, click ellipsis (...) > Replace.
4. A popup modal will appear –– Search for the new competency in the search bar or click on the name of the competency from the list.
5. Select Use competency.
6. (Optional) Once the track is ready, publish the track to make it visible to assigned employees.
