Before you start
- Admins, Custom role owners, and collaborators will have the ability to view Succession Plans.
View a Succession Plan
- Navigate to Admin > Performance > Succession Plans.
- Select the Succession Plan to review.
- A context panel will appear on the right-hand side with details about the user's recent performance reviews, talent reviews, and growth areas.
