Once Succession Planning has been enabled, admins can configure what information is seen when viewing a successor's details, and cusomize the readiness tags.
- Navigate to Admin > Succession Planning.
- Select Enable Succession Planning.
Configure the Succession Planning Settings
- Navigate to Admin > Succession Planning > Settings.
- Under Successor details, choose what will be shown to admins and collaborators when viewing a successor's details:
- Performance Reviews
- Talent Reviews
- Growth Areas
- Add or edit the Successor readiness tags:
- To add: Enter the new tag > Select + Add to > Choose a status to add the tag to.
- To edit: Hover over the tag > Select Edit > Edit the status name > Select Save.
- To delete a custom tag: Hover over the tag > Select Edit > Select Yes, I want to delete > Delete.
- Select Save changes.
