Problem
- I can't filter survey results by a new field I created and added to employee profiles.
- We updated custom field assignments after launching an Engagement survey, can we have the new values reflected in the results?
- Can we create new filter post engagement survey?
Resolution
Once a survey is launched, its analytics are locked. This means updates or newly added employee fields won’t appear in the survey results.
