Create a Time Tracking Policy

Before you start

• You are unable to edit time tracking policies. You will need to delete the policy and recreate it by selecting the ellipsis (...) next to the irrelevant policy.

Create a Policy

1. Navigate to Admin > Select Time Tracking. 
2. Policies > Select Create new policy.
3. Name this policy.
4. Choose Overtime rules.
   1. Standard U.S. Rules (Based on the Fair Labor Standards Act)
   2. Custom Rules (Set your own rules for overtime):
      • Enter values for: 
        • Daily overtime 
        • Daily double overtime
        • Weekly overtime 
5. Select Work week start date.
6. Select Round to the nearest minute:
   • 1
   • 5
   • 6
   • 15
7. Create Policy.
