To protect the security of your Lattice data users will automatically be logged out after a set period of time. This session length is determined by a number of factors including role, activity, and platform.
On a web browser, non-admin users will have a session duration of fourteen days. If there is no browser activity in Lattice for seven continuous days, however, they will be logged out early. For users with super-admin privileges the session length is shortened to seven days, or three days of inactivity. The shorter duration is imposed due to the higher level of access to data that super admins have.
On the mobile app, all users will typically remain logged in for fourteen days, unless there is no app activity for seven days.
