Introducing your team to Lattice Grow
Below is an email that you can use to introduce your team to Lattice Grow and Individual Development Plans are important. You can change the information in the email to more align with your team's launch, but make sure to answer three key points in your launch email:
- What you are doing
- Why you are doing it
- Your expectations for the team
With that in mind, here is a sample email format that you can use to introduce your employees to Grow:
Hi Team,
We'll soon be using Lattice for Career Pathing and Individual Development Plans (IDP). Lattice Grow is a simple and focused tool that helps you take charge of your career growth, whether you want to advance in your current role or explore a new path. Your IDP will include Growth Areas for identifying and tracking development opportunities, and Career Visioning for defining long-term career aspirations.
We'll be launching [Career Tracks] on [DATE] and [Individual Development Plans] on [DATE]. Please create your Lattice account by [DATE] if you haven’t already.
What to expect from Grow:
