Ensure the employee's pay type matches the type being pulled into Lattice. Employee's pay type in BambooHR under Compensation should be "Salary". Learn more in Integrate BambooHR with Lattice.
Confirm that a BambooHR admin set up the integration with Lattice.
Ensure that there is at least one pay type listed as the individual might not have one listed and confirm if the effective pay date is not in the future.
Ensure that permissions have been given in BambooHR and Lattice for the employee.
Ensure the start date is not in the future. Profiles are not created until the start date has been reached.
Manually sync BambooHR.
Navigate to Admin > Settings > Platform > Integrations.
Within the BambooHR module, click Sync.
Disconnect and reconnect integration.
If your organization is based in the UK and has employees in other countries (i.e., the US), ensure you select the UK instead of the US.
