Problem
- Employes are not syncing from BambooHR
- Invalid API error
Resolution
- Ensure the employee's pay type matches the type being pulled into Lattice. Employee's pay type in BambooHR under Compensation should be "Salary". Learn more in Integrate BambooHR with Lattice.
- Ensure that there is at least one pay type listed as the individual might not have one listed and confirm if the effective pay date is not in the future.
- Ensure that permissions have been given in BambooHR and Lattice for the employee.
- Ensure the start date is not in the future. Profiles are not created until the start date has been reached.
- Manually sync BambooHR.
- Navigate to Admin > Settings > Platform > Integrations.
- Within the BambooHR module, click Sync.
- Disconnect and reconnect integration.
- If your organization is based in the UK and has employees in other countries (i.e., the US), ensure you select the UK instead of the US.
