Admins can export Onboarding and Exit survey results to track respondent submissions. To view survey results:
- Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Surveys.
- Find the survey you would like to see results for and click on it.
- Enter the Results tab.

Results overview
Onboarding and Exit Survey results can be exported as a CSV.
Theme list overview
- Navigate to Results > Themes.
- Click Export CSV.
Question list overview
The question list includes question ID, question, participation rate, score, and a breakdown of strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, and strongly disagree counts.
- Navigate to Results > Questions.
- Click Export CSV.
Comment list overview
The comment list includes question ID, question, comment, response, respondent name (identifiable only), department, assigned to, reply status.
- Navigate to Results > Comments.
- Click Export CSV.
Respondents list overview
Respondents list includes line number, survey name, respondent name, email, user UUID, external ID, user department, manager name, employment started date, manager email, title, launched date, submitted date, score, and additional default and custom fields.
- Navigate to Results > Respondents.
- Click Export CSV.
Theme heatmap overview
Theme heatmap contains overall score by theme and filtered field theme score.
- Navigate to Results > Themes > Heatmap
- Click Export CSV
Question heatmap overview
Question heatmap contains overall score by question and filtered field question score.
- Navigate to Results > Questions > Heatmap
- Click Export CSV

Theme results can be further broken down into relevant exports.
Individual theme questions
Individual theme questions include theme ID, theme name, participation rate, and a breakdown of strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, and strongly disagree counts.
- Navigate to Results > Themes.
- Click on an individual theme to be taken to the details page.
- Under the Questions tab, select Export CSV.

Individual theme comments include theme ID, theme name, question ID, question, comment, response, respondent name (identifiable only), department, assigned to, reply status.

- Under the Comments tab, select Export CSV.

Responses histogram
Responses include question, theme, score, participation rate, and a breakdown of strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, and strongly disagree counts, percentage, and number of comments.
- Navigate to Results > Questions.
- Click on an individual question to be taken to the details page.
- Under the Responses tab, select Export CSV.
Individual question comments
Individual question comments include question ID, question, comment, response, respondent name (identifiable only), department, assigned to, reply status.
- Navigate to Results > Questions.
- Click on an individual question to be taken to the details page.
- Under the Comments tab, select Export CSV.
Respondents results
Respondents results can be further broken down into relevant exports.
Individual respondent responses
Individual respondent responses include line number, survey name, respondent name, email, user UUID, user department, manager name, employment started date, manager email, title, launched date, submitted date, theme name, question body, response likert text, comment response, and additional custom and default fields.
- Navigate to Results > Respondents.
- Click on an individual responder to be taken to the details page.
- Under the Comments tab, select Export respondent CSV.
