While writing a review, you can view any Goals assigned to the reviewee for additional context and examples to help you write your responses. This is available for all types of reviews (self, upward, downward, and peer), depending on the visibility settings of each goals.
Note: Peer and upward reviewers will only be able to see public goals, while both public and private goals are visible during self and downward reviews.
Using the reviews context panel
- When writing a review, select the name of the reviewee from the left-hand panel. On the right-hand side, the context panel will open.
- Select Goals.
- Note: In the context panel, goals are ordered ascending by the due date and will only display up to 20 goals.
- [Optional] Filter goals by time by clicking on the time dropdown and selecting one of the following options:
- Past year
- Past 6 months
- Past 3 months
- Show all
- Click into a goal to see the goal page in a new tab.
