Once role-based results views have been shared and an engagement survey ended, the role owner can create their own team-specific action plans based on the survey results.
- Navigate to Engagement > select the engagement survey >View Results > Action Plans.
- Click Create Action Plan.
- Add a title and an optional description that describes the overall focus.
- Configure Plan Details:
- Owners
- Visibility
- Overview
- Click + Create action:

- Add a title and description.
- Select a due date.
- Add action Owners.

- Click Save > Publish.
Note: Drafted action plans will not be visible to admins.
