- Navigate to 1:1s.
- Select the 1:1 relationship you'd like to disconnect your calendar.
- Navigate to Settings > Disconnect from calendar event.
Disconnect the Calendar Integration entirely
Note: When disconnecting from either Outlook or Google, all 1:1 relationships that were linked to the external calendar events will be marked as Inactive.
- Navigate to 1:1s.
- Select ellipses (...) menu > Calendar sync
- Select Disconnect account.
To reconnect, you can follow the steps for Google Calendar or Outlook.
Which disconnect option should I use?
Disconnect integration from calendar event: Use this when the problem is with one specific 1:1 and its linked calendar event. Your calendar account stays connected to Lattice, and your other 1:1s continue syncing normally. Common reasons:
- The wrong recurring calendar event is linked to a 1:1
- The recurring event series was deleted or recreated in your calendar
- You want to link a different calendar event to a single 1:1
Disconnect the Calendar Integration entirely: Use this when you need to remove your calendar connection from Lattice completely. This affects all 1:1s synced to your calendar. Common reasons:
- You connected the wrong Google or Outlook account (e.g., personal instead of work)
- Sync issues affect multiple 1:1s and reconnecting individual events hasn't helped
- You revoked Lattice's access in Google or Microsoft and need to start fresh
- You no longer want your calendar connected to Lattice
Note: If you removed Lattice's access in Google (Account → Security → Third-party apps) or in Microsoft, you must also disconnect your account in Lattice using the steps below. Disconnecting in your calendar provider alone does not remove the connection on Lattice's side. To fully reset, disconnect in both places, then reconnect.
If your calendar authorization expired (for example, after a password change) but your event links are still correct, try Restore calendar sync instead. See Troubleshoot Your Calendar Integration
