Admins can unshare survey results for users previously given access to a saved view. Learn more about saved views in Share Survey Results.
- Navigate to the Results section of the engagement survey.
- Click Manage views.
- Select the view you want to remove the user from.
- Remove the user from the view:
- For role-based views:
- Navigate to the view row > ellipsis (...) menu.
- Click Unshare to remove access for all users assigned to the view.
- Click Manage access to remove an individual user from the assigned view and click Remove within their row and Save.
- For custom views:
- Navigate to the Share access with section.
- Click Remove next to the user's name.
- Click Save view.
