Change or Edit Calibration Ratings After Calibration Has Ended

Problem

  • Make changes to calibration scores after the calibration phase has ended

  • Calibration scoring is locked and cannot edit

Resolution

As an admin:

  1. Unshare review packets.

  2. Navigate to the review cycle > Calibrate Ratings > Calibrate groups.

  3. Select calibration group

  4. Update the desired calibration rating.

  5. (Optional) Reshare review packets.

Note: If the review packets have not been shared, the Calibrated Ratings can still be edited without unsharing the packets first.
