I want to change the order of questions in my draft Engagement survey.
How can I move survey questions into a different order before launching my survey?
Resolution
You can reorder questions in an Engagement survey while the survey is in draft status.
To reorder survey questions:
Open your draft Engagement survey.
Navigate to Questions.
Hover over the question you want to move.
Use the arrow buttons that appear next to the question to move it up or down.
Repeat these steps until your questions are in the desired order.
Note: You cannot reorder questions in an active Engagement survey once it has launched. Make sure your questions are in the correct order before launching your survey.
