Calibration Groups Analytics

Learn more about the built-in analytics in Calibration Groups for admins.

Navigate to Calibration Group Analytics

  1. Navigate to Admin > Performance > Reviews.

  2. Seledct the relevant performance review.

  3. Under Calibrate Ratings, select Calibrate groups.

  4. Choose the calibration group, then select Chart.

Using the Chart

  1. Under Question, select the question you would like to view and whether you would like to view the Pre-calibrated score, Post-calibrated score or both.

  2. Under Measured as, select either:

    • Distribution

      • (Optional) Add breakdown.

        • Note: If you have selected to view both the pre and post calibrated scores, it is not possible to add a breakdown.

    • Average Score

      • (Optional) Select Compare across to compare the data using employee fields.

Once you have configured the data you want to view, you can:

  • (For bar charts) View the data as a percentage or absolute count

  • View the data as a bar chart or a line chart

  • Download the graph as a PNG

  • Download a CSV of the data by choosing from:

    • Simple download

    • Full download: Extended download by choosing employee field columns and a report format.

  • View the data table
