Admins can delete created competencies in Lattice. Deleting a <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/360061201093" target="_blank">competency</a> will delete related expectations and remove this from all associated tracks and growth areas. Navigate to Admin &gt; Grow &gt; Competencies &gt; All competencies.

Within the competency row, click ellipsis (...) &gt; Delete.

Click Delete competency to confirm.
