Any user who has visibility into the feedback will have the option to react and view reactions to the feedback.

Note: Reactions do not integrate with Slack; therefore, Slack reactions are not shown or counted in Lattice.

Navigate to one of the three Feedback pages in Lattice:

- For feedback you've received: Feedback &gt; You've recevied.
- For feedback your direct reports received: Feedback &gt; Team feedback.
- For public feedback all users received: Your company name &gt; Company Overview &gt; Feedback

Within the desired feedback card, select the emoji icon and choose an emoji.

1. Navigate to one of the three Feedback pages in Lattice:
 - For feedback you've received: Feedback &gt; You've recevied.
 - For feedback your direct reports received: Feedback &gt; Team feedback.
 - For public feedback all users received: Your company name &gt; Company Overview &gt; Feedback
2. Within the desired feedback card, select the emoji icon and choose an emoji.

Note: Hovering over each emoji will display the users who have reacted to the feedback.

Within your Feedback page, Lattice will display the total number of reactions you have received and the total number of reactions to the feedback you have given to others.
