All managers can <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404834458647" target="_blank">check the progress</a> of their direct reports' reviews. Managers can also view in-progress reviews for their direct reports.

Navigate to Performance &gt; Performance Reviews.

Select View to the right of the review cycle in question. (It may also appear as Write reviews if you have not submitted all of your reviews yet.)

Under the My Team tab, select the Track review writing.

Next to the employee that you want to view reviews of, select the ellipsis (...) &gt; View Current review packet.

1. Navigate to Performance &gt; Performance Reviews.
