Once shared, compensation bands can be viewed by managers.
View compensation bands for your team
Navigate to Compensation within the Discovery navigation.
Select Compensation bands to see any shared bands.
Note: If no comp bands were shared, you will not see a Compensation bands section.
Compensation bands contain the following:
Job function
Job level
Job type
Pay zone
Min Base Pay
Mid Base Pay
Max Base Pay
Additional custom columns
