In the set up of a Goal Cycle, admins are able to schedule and customize goal cycle notifications for setting company, department, and individual goals, and a notification for closing the goal cycle.
Configure Goal Cycle notifications
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Goal Cycles.
Click Create new cycle.
Give your goal cycle a cycle name, start date, and due date.
Click Save.
(Optional) To turn the notifications off, toggle to disable any goal cycle notifications.
Add a Subject and Body to your goal-setting emails. The email will include a button that states Set goals, leading employees to Lattice. A default message is provided in the Body for guidance, but this can be customized or removed entirely.
(Optional) Send yourself a preview of the notification.
Set a send date, specific time and timezone for each notification.
Click Save & continue.
Goal Cycle launch notifications
Admins can choose to enable Goal Cycle launch notifications for the following goal creators:
Company goal creators: This includes active and invited super admins or individuals with a Goals global permission custom role.
Department goal creators: This includes active and invited department heads as well as super admins.
Individual goal creators: This includes all active employees within the organization.
Closing goal cycle notification
Enabling this notification will prompt all active employees to update and end their goals for this goal cycle.
