Understanding who can view comments within goals depending on the selected visibility.
For Public Goals:
All employees can view comments within public goals.
For Private Goals:
Only the goal owner, their manager, the manager of managers, and super admins can the comments within an employee's private goal.
Other employees cannot view the comments in each other's private goals.
For Goals Private to Selected Departments:
Only owners, their managers, the manager of managers, the selected deparmtent and super admins will see the comments in the goal.
For Goals Private to Selected Groups:
Only owners, their managers, the manager of managers, the selected groups and super admins will see the comments in the goal.
