Lattice AI Agent in 1:1s permissions are company-wide permissions that allows the role owner to access to the tool's settings, this includes configuring settings and user access.

Role owners who also hold 1:1s admin permissions can audit the talking points/agenda items and action items generated by the Agent in the 1:1s log. This requires the additional Manage Meeting Agent permission. AI-generated meeting summaries, coaching insights, and transcripts are not exposed to admins, and private 1:1 notes remain private.
