Compensation Cycle Results can only be shared while the cycle is in the <a href="https://help.lattice.com/hc/en-us/articles/22376259020311-Compensation-Cycle-States" target="_blank">Review and Share state.</a> If the cycle is already fully ended, an admin can move it back to Review and Share.

If the Compensation Cycle is already in the Review and Share state, in the Sharing &gt; Templates page in the cycle ensure that the employees are listed as recipients.

If the Compensation Cycle has not yet been placed in Review and Share, the shareouts will be shareable once the cycle reaches this state.
