Problem

The Lattice Microsoft Teams application wasn't installed for X number of users.

Resolution

Disconnect/reconnect the Microsoft Teams integration through the Lattice Integrations page.

If you are still seeing the same error message after disconnecting/reconnecting, please confirm the following:

  • You have sufficient permissions in O365 to add applications for other users.
  • User(s) have a valid O365 license which allows them to use Microsoft Teams.
