- What philosophy are the coaching insights based on? We don’t anchor the AI to a single formal coaching framework like Radical Candor or GROW. Instead, it draws from a blend of established coaching and leadership principles, like behavioral feedback, active listening, and goal-oriented development. At a high level, it aligns most closely with elements of frameworks like GROW (focusing on actions and improvement) and Radical Candor (balancing clarity with care), but it’s adapted to be more flexible and context-aware based on the conversation. The goal isn’t to rigidly apply one methodology, but to generate practical, personalized coaching insights grounded in what actually happened in the conversation.
- Why did one participant receive coaching insights while the other did not? If one participant received insights but another did not, confirm that the participants' names match across Lattice and Google Meet/Zoom/Teams.
- How long does the Meeting Agent wait in Zoom’s waiting room when moved to it after joining a meeting? The Meeting Agent will wait in the Zoom waiting room up to 20 minutes.
