The Employee Health Score is automatically available to admins, but can be made visible to managers and custom role owners.
Employee Health Score Visibility for Managers
- Navigate to Admin > People > Permissions.
- Select the All people managers role > Edit role.
- Search for the Employee Health field > Check the View box.
- Select Save changes.
Employee Health Score Visibility for Custom Role Owners
- Navigate to Admin > People > Permissions.
- Search for and select the Custom Role > Edit role OR Select Create role to set up a new role.
- Search for the Employee Health field > Check the View box.
- Select Save changes.
Manager and Custom Role Visibility
Once the Employee Health Score has been made visible to managers and custom role owners, they can view it on the employee's profile.
Note: Managers and custom role owners will only have visibility into the data they have access to. For example, if they do not have access to the employee's Compensation data, this will not be shown in the Employee Health Score.
