Employees will be notified via email and a task on their Homepage that an Improvement Plan has been shared with them.
You can view the plan and its content before acknowledging the Performance Improvement Plan, but you cannot add updates or interact with the plan until it is acknowledged.
Acknowledge an Improvement Plan
Navigate to the Improvement Plan either through the email notification, the task on your Homepage OR navigate to Performance > Improvement Plans > select the plan.
View the details of your Improvement Plan.
Select Acknowledge Improvement Plan.
After acknowledging the plan, you can add updates.
